I have used it for over three years. The first year I used it I paid monthly. After that I signed up for the yearly plan which is great! Other than taxes and government fees there is no phone bill (other than the yearly) for unlimited local and long distance calling. In fact I used it for both business and personal. Two different lines. I recommend 8x8 (formerly Packet8) because you can get a free Voip phone system that is expandable up to 12 handsets I believe. additional handsets are extra.
