I live out in no-where land and I was very happy with my bundle package but I did have lots of trouble with the digital cable. Never really knew on what day the services would work or not work. I seldom had problems with my internet but the phone and tv...well not always good.
I also only had limited things we could have being out here but when everything was running right I enjoyed it. I must say we have always taken more advantage of the internet then the tv anyways.
I have never had problems with the customer service or repair teams. Always very nice.

I used to have their digital cable and high speed Internet before I moved recently. The place I lived before was very rural, so I'm lucky to have had cable service in the first place.

The only drawback was since my location was so rural I didn't get a lot of the features provided in a more urban setting. I recently moved to the city, and all I have to say is WOW!

First, I moved to a new region and because I did I was eligible for new customer offers. I got digital cable with an HD DVR, and HD programming, and 15MB Internet service for the price of 7MB for 12 months. I got the 12 month price guarantee, so I don't have to worry about the price going up, and I can still downgrade in 12 months if I want to.

What really sold me on this cable package was the free On Demand. I love that!! I rarely surf channels anymore, because I can just go to the On Demand channels (which I saved to my favorites) and watch whatever I want. There are so many I haven't even needed to use my DVR.

They hooked up 1 TV with a DVR, and 5 others with standard installation and didn't charge me a dime for those other 5 hook ups. I'm happy with my service here. I would definitely recommend it.
